    Sending campaigns is so much easier now since you can create a single campaign and send it through Email and/or Text Message (SMS) without recreating your work.

    Easily create your campaigns and decide how to deliver based on the client information available.

    Ensure delivery of a consistent message across all channels.

     

    Create a Campaign and Send

    You will be creating a single campaign which you can route to both Email and/or Text Message (SMS).

    • Navigate to Campaigns>Campaigns.
    • Enter your Campaign Name.
    • Select an action to Invite client(s) to:

    • Based on your selection enter the appropriate information:
      • Visit your client portal
        • No additional info needed
      • ScheduleService_Input.png
      • PayPay_Input_2.png
      • Share document
        • No additional info needed
      • One of your predefined client portal actions
        • Example client portal actions (configurable by client)Client_Portal_Input.png
    • If your campaign includes an Email channel, format your email campaign and add your content. The campaign will include a button for the action selected. You can also Add a coupon to your email. For instructions on how to create a coupon visit our Settings section in the Knowledge Center.

    • Click Done.
    • Go back to Campaigns>Campaigns.
    • Click Send on your campaign.
    • Click on Avoid re-sending to clients that this campaign was already sent to if applicable.
    • Click Continue.

    • Enter the tags that you want to select recipients by.
    • Click Continue.Send_4.png
    • Click on Send now for immediate delivery of your campaign.
    • Information on Schedule for Later is available on the Campaigns>Email and SMS Campaigns>Scheduled Campaigns article in the Knowledge Center.  Send_5.png
    • If a campaign needs to be sent through Text Message(SMS) then navigate back to Campaigns>Campaigns and click Send on the Campaign
      • Enter your text message.
      • Under If client's phone number is not available
        • Don't send
        • Send via email
      • If Send via email you can adjust the Email subject line
    • Click Continue.Send_SMS_1.png
    • Enter the tags that you want to select recipients by.
    • Click Continue.
    • Click on Send now for immediate delivery of your campaign.
    • Information on Schedule for Later is available on the Campaigns>Email and SMS Campaigns>Scheduled Campaigns article in the Knowledge Center.
