When you have a conversation with a contact in your centralized inbox in Thryv Command Center, a contact card is created for them. Note that this contact card is associated to the conversation for all channels you use to communicate with this contact, rather than individually per channel.
To view the contact card, click on the contact icon in their conversation.
The contact card will pop out from the right-hand side.
If you have the Calls or Video channels connected, you can start a voice or video call with this contact.
If you are also a user of Thryv Business Center™ click on View in Business Center to be taken to the corresponding client card for this contact in Thryv Business Center. This will open in a new tab.
To change the phone number or email address for this contact, click on the edit pencil next to that information. This will be used for messages to this contact through all applicable channels.
