Thryv® Command Center makes it easy to communicate with your team. When sending a message in a channel that one or more particular staff members need to see, tagging them is a great way to ensure they are notified. First will be a guide to tagging from beginning to end. Then, you will have a chance to follow the steps for yourself and see how easy it is to tag your staff members
