How to Troubleshoot If You Are Not Receiving Calls On Your Thryv Command Center™ Mobile App

1. Ensure that you are signed into the app. For security reasons, calls will not be delivered unless you are signed in

2. If calls are still not being delivered, turn Do not Disturb mode off, then on again. To start, tap Settings from any screen in Thryv Command Center

3. Scroll down and tap Notifications

4. Toggle Do Not Disturb to On

5. Toggle Do Not Disturb to Off again. You will now receive incoming calls
