Save time communicating through multiple platforms at once by connecting the channels you use most to one convenient inbox! From your mobile device, you can access multiple messaging platforms simultaneously, and conversations with the same contact will consolidate into a single thread, so you never miss a message.
To manage your connected channels, or connect one for the first time, tap the Channels icon.
Your channels will appear. If an instance of a channel is already connected, the number connected will display on that line. To connect one of the available channels, tap on its icon.
To edit your connected channels, tap the Manage icon. From this screen, you can quickly see which channels are connected, and edit shared permissions by tapping the drop-down. If you need to add more channels than your current plan allows, you are also able to upgrade your Thryv Command Center account from this screen.
Adding A Channel
Tap on an icon to add a channel. Note that some channels such as Video or WebChat can only have one instance connected at a time, while others, like Gmail or Yahoo can have multiple instances connected.
