Create your report

Navigate to Reports and tap the orange + icon:
This is your starting point for building any new custom report from scratch.

Give your report a unique name:
The name doesn't need to match the metrics inside, but it does need to be different from any existing reports. Be descriptive enough that you'll know exactly what's inside at a glance. Think "Q3 Revenue Overview" or "Weekly Client Activity."

Tap Create:
Your report shell is ready, now it's time to fill it with the metrics that matter to you.
2Add metrics to your report

Tap the + icon on the empty tile:
Your full library of available metrics will appear, everything Thryv tracks for your business, all in one place.

Search or browse by Center:
Use the search bar to find a specific metric by name. Or swipe across the top to filter by Center, like Marketing, Sales, or Operations. Only Centers you're subscribed to will be marked Active and available to add.

Select your metrics:
Tap the checkbox in the top left corner of any metric tile to select it. You can pick multiple metrics at once, even across different Centers, to build a truly cross-functional view of your business.

Tap Add to Report:
Your selected metrics are added to your report in the order you chose them. Each one gets its own tile with a visual chart, clean, clear, and easy to read.
Control your date ranges
Two ways to set your date range:
Each metric tile has its own individual date range, great for comparing different time periods side by side. Or use the Master Date Range at the top to instantly update every metric in the report at once. Note: the Master Date Range overrides any individual dates you've set, so use it when you want a unified view of a single time period.
Adding more metrics later:
Your report is never finished until you say so. Scroll to the bottom of any report and tap the + icon on the empty tile to add more metrics the same way as before. Build it up over time as your business grows and your tracking needs evolve.
Customize each metric tile
Tap the tri-dots on any individual metric tile to unlock a set of powerful options:
Pin to top:
Keep your most important metric front and center, always the first thing you see when you open the report.
Reorder cards:
Switch to drag-and-drop mode to rearrange your tiles in any order you like, structure your report the way your brain works.
Detailed view:
Open any metric on its own full screen to see exact values, dig deeper into the data, and apply even more specific filters.
Change chart type:
Switch between column, bar, pie, line, and other chart styles to find the visualization that makes your data easiest to understand.
Share, schedule & revisit
My Reports:
Every report you create is saved to My Reports — revisit it anytime for an instant snapshot of your business performance.
Schedule a reminder:
Set a recurring reminder for yourself or your staff to check in on the report, great for weekly or monthly performance reviews.
Share as a one-off:
Need to send a snapshot to a partner or team member? Share the report instantly as a one-time export, no ongoing access required.
Pro tip:
Build separate reports for different areas of your business, one for marketing performance, one for client activity, one for revenue tracking. That way each report stays focused, easy to read, and genuinely useful every time you open it.
