1. From any screen in Thryv Reporting Center, click on Bin

2. In the top-right, click on Empty Bin Now

To permanently delete individual reports, you can check the box for them on the left-hand side instead.

3. A confirmation will appear, click on Empty Bin to confirm

All reports in the bin will be permanently deleted. They can not be recovered, and this action can not be undone. Thryv support does not have a way to recover reports from the bin when it is emptied.
