Thryv® Command Center makes it easy to ensure that you're getting all of the notifications you want, and none of the ones you don't! Note that notification settings are specific to each staff account. Your staff can set their own notification settings from their account. This guide will show you how to manage your notifications from your mobile device.

To access your notifications, tap the Menu Icon>Settings>Admin>Notifications
From here, you can enable or disable notifications for both your mobile device and desktop. Your notification options will be divided into Inbox and Calls. Any notification that is toggled to on will be sent.
When toggled to On, notifications will be sent when a message or call is received by the selected method. Even if you are using another app on your phone or on another page on your browser, a notification banner will appear at the top of your screen. Clicking or tapping on it will take you back to Thryv® Command Center
You are able to come back to this screen to make changes at any time. Changes will affect future notifications going forward
