This guide will show you how to set up your business phone number to use with Command Center. You are able to create a separate phone number from your personal phone to use with your business contacts. In addition, your voicemails will be automatically transcribed and saved for you right in Command Center

1. Click on Add Channel

 

2. Click on Connect under Calls

 

3. Enter your area code, then click on Proceed

Note that it may not be possible to assign a number in your area code. In this case you will still be assigned a number with a different area code

 

4. Click on Use This Number

 

5. Calls will now be connected on your My Channels screen
