Integrating your Copper CRM with Business Center offers a seamless synergy that amplifies your business efficiency and effectiveness. Here is a breakdown of what data will sync between Copper and Thryv. All fields in the table will sync to Business Center, while First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone will sync to Command Center.
Before Installation
Before you install this integration, your Copper account must be populated with one or more People. In addition, any contact fields you wish to sync must be present in both systems.
Note that by default, Leads are not enabled in Copper. To turn them on, navigate to Settings>Lead Statuses>Set the "Enable Leads" toggle to On
To get started, navigate to the Marketplace
Then, under Integrations, select Copper
To get started, click on Install
Check the box agreeing to the terms and conditions for connecting Copper to Business Center and click on Submit
Next, sign into Copper with your Copper credentials
Then, give Integry permission to access your Copper account
Setup Sync
There are 4 available sync types that can be set up between Copper and Business Center. The process for setting up each type of sync is identical.
Note: an ongoing sync will only include new or changed contacts or leads going forward, it will not include current contacts or leads. If your goal is to sync all current and future contacts/leads, you will need to complete both a one time and ongoing sync.

To start one of these syncs, click on Setup and Run/Enable for that sync option. Your Copper fields will appear, with a field for a Business Center field below them. Click on the field provided and select a Business Center field for that Copper field to map to.
Once complete, click on Save and your sync will begin
What To Expect from Sync
Once a sync is enabled, the time/date of the last run sync will display.
To turn an ongoing sync on or off, use the toggle switch for that sync.
Example of a client synced from Copper to Business Center. Note that the Source field will say Copper for customers or leads synced.
Note: Tags only sync from Copper to Business Center, and not from Business Center to Copper.
Uninstall
To uninstall the connection between Copper and Business Center, click the Uninstall button in the top right.
A confirmation screen will appear, click on Uninstall one more time to confirm.
