To get started, locate Zensurance in the Marketplace

Using the drop-down on the right, select your business industry. Start typing, and select an option that appears. If the industry you're in doesn't appear, click on Can't find your profession/industry? and on the next screen you will be able to select the closest available option.

Next, check the box for each service you provide. You can check as many boxes as needed. Note that if you check "other" you will be asked to specify. Once you have checked the box for each service you provide, click on Next

Depending on the services selected, you may be asked additional follow-up questions. Answer these to the best of your knowledge.

Once these are complete, you will be asked for your projected revenue over the next 12 months, and whether this revenue is expected to come entirely from customers in Canada. Move the slider to select an approximate amount.

Why is this information needed? Your revenue is needed to determine the most competitive insurance package suitable for your business size. 

What if I don't know how to calculate revenue for my business? Don't worry, Zensurance just needs an estimate to make sure your business is insured for the right liability limit. You are able to change this number later

Is my revenue information kept private? Yes. Thryv never receives this information and does not store it anywhere. Zensurance does not share it and only uses it to provide the most competitive insurance package.

Do I need to have revenue right now in order to get insurance? No. Just enter your best estimate of what your revenue will be, and you can always come back and update it later.

Continue to answer questions about your business to the best of your knowledge. Some are standard and will apply to all businesses (how many years have you been in operation?) and some will be specific to your industry (how many pets will be in your facility at a given time?)

Enter the address for your business. Some locations qualify for discounts, so Zensurance needs your address to find the most competitive package for your area.

Can I use a PO Box? No, Zensurance will not accept a PO Box as a valid address.

What if I run my business out of my home? If home is your regular place of business, then enter your home address.

Once you have answered all necessary questions, agree to the statements shown and click Next.

Enter an email address for Zensurance to correspond with you. This does not necessarily need to be the same email address used for your Thryv products.

Customizing your Quote

Next, you will be given your unique quote from Zensurance. From here, you can customize the quote for the insurance package that meets your needs. The types of insurance products offered can vary based on your industry. By default, each item will be auto-populated by Zensurance's recommended coverage for that item. Use the drop-down to adjust the coverage amount. Once you've made all the necessary selections, click on next.

Each item includes a button letting you know what the coverage includes and why it is needed. This can be used to make a more informed decision to include or exclude additional coverages.

You may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions depending on the products selected.

Finally, answer some questions about the structure of your business before submitting your information and receiving your quote.

You will be asked to confirm your quote information one more time. 

Depending on your business type, you may receive a price for your quote right away. However, it is possible that Zensurance needs more time. In that instance, you are able to request a call back or email questions to the broker who will process your application.

Your insurance is not effective until you confirm with the broker, but at this point your application is submitted.
