Keep your team in the loop on important projects, or make sure smaller teams stay connected with Channels. Channels are a conversation in TeamChat with only specific members. They can be set to public (where any team member can join) or private (by invitation only). Use channels to collaborate on specific projects, have a "leaders only" chat, or separate business topics.

1. From any screen in Command Center, tap the TeamChat icon

2. Click on the + icon next to Channels

3. Give a name to your channel

4. (Optional) Use the toggle if you want to make the channel private

5. Tap Next

6. Check the box next to a staff member to add them to the channel

7. Tap Create to create your new channel
