How To Take A Payment in Command Center Mobile Inbox

You are able to take a credit card payment from your customer, without even leaving the conversation! This guide assumes that you have already set up your ThryvPay account. If you haven't yet signed up for ThryvPay, Click Here!

 

1. Select your conversation from the Inbox

2. Tap the Quick Actions icon

3. Tap Charge Card

4. Enter amount and card details, and tap Charge to take payment
