Want to know more about which of your posts are performing best? Use Business Center's Advanced Insights to learn more about which of your posts are the most effective and what kind of content to focus on. 

To see insights for a specific page, use the drop-down to select. Keep in mind that insights can only be seen for one page at a time.

Insights

Use insights to gain actionable advice on your content. Business Center will tell you what type of posts perform the best, when to post them, and more helpful information!

In addition to these insights, Business Center will also show a breakdown of your content according to these post types and show how they are performing. Click on View Matching Content to see which posts fit into which type.

Hashtag

Hashtags are crucial for small business owners as they enhance discoverability on social media platforms, allowing potential customers to easily find and engage with your content. By strategically using relevant hashtags, you can expand your online reach, increase brand visibility, and connect with a broader audience interested in your products or services. This page will show you which of the hashtags you're using are performing the best.

You will also see a breakdown of your hashtag usage and performance. Data is provided for:

• Most Used hashtags in your content overall
• Most Viewed hashtags by your audience
• Most Engaged hashtags according to posts your audience has interacted with. This list will show your best-performing hashtags!

Category

Categories are different than the previous metrics, as they are used to distinguish posts internally within Business Center. Your categories aren't displayed publicly on your social media pages. If you aren't using Categories to sort your posts, then there won't be any data on this screen.

You can use categories for A/B testing or other methods to analyze the effectiveness of your content.

The insights section will show a high-level summary of your top-performing category.

Below is detailed information for your categories. Data is provided for:

• Most Used categories in your content overall
• Most Viewed categories by your audience
• Most Engaged categories according to posts your audience has interacted with. This list will show your best-performing categories!

No, at this time it is not possible to export.

Are "Shares" of my page tracked?

No, sharing the entire page only shares a link to the page as a whole, and not a specific piece of content, so it is not tracked.
