How To Disconnect Facebook Messenger from your Command Center Inbox

1. Start from your Command Center Inbox

 

2. Click on the Facebook Messenger icon in your connected Channels

3. Click on the delete icon for Facebook Messenger

4. In the pop-up that appears, confirm that you want to disconnect Facebook Messenger

5.  Facebook Messenger will be removed from your connected channels
