Continue the conversation through a different method, while keeping all of your customer's messages in one thread.
1. Click on Inbox
2. Select an existing message or Compose a new message
3. Click on the current Channel to select a new channel
4. Click on Explore Channels to connect a new channel or select one of your other connected channels
Any outgoing messages will now be sent from this channel, but will be kept in the same thread in your inbox
