1. Click on the Add Channel button

2. Click on Connect under WebChat

3. Click on Connect To WebChat

4. Select External Website and click on Confirm

5. Click on Confirm again, and within 24 hours you will receive the script to connect WebChat in your Inbox.

Once you receive the code, log in to your website provider's website editor, and paste the code at the end of your header in the code for your website.
