# Command Center | Inbox

1. Select the client you would like to Video Chat with

2. Select the Video Chat Icon

3. A new link will be created. Wait just a moment, no action is necessary yet

4. Click on Join Call

The link to join the call will automatically be sent to your contact through the active channel

5. Enter your name which will display in the meeting, then click Enter Meeting

8. You are now in the meeting

Meeting controls such as Mute, Video and background options, Reactions , and more are located at the bottom of the screen

9. Once you're ready to end the meeting, Click on End Meeting

A record of the call will appear in your Call History along with your phone calls
