# Command Center | Inbox

1. Select the client you would like to Video Chat with

2. Select the Video Chat Icon

3. A new link will be created

4. Click on COPY INVITATION and email to your client.

*Note: Video calls without any activity after 10 minutes will automatically be closed. Generate a new link to start the call again.

5. Click on Close

6. Open the Video Chat link in a new Tab, enter your name and click "Enter Meeting"

7. Click on Join Meeting to join the meeting room

8. You are now in the meeting

Meeting controls such as Mute, Video and background options, Reactions , and more are located at the bottom of the screen

9. Once you're ready to end the meeting, Click on End Meeting

10. Click on End Meeting
