To start, click on the Add Channel button.
You will be brought to the Channels window. From here, find iCloud, and click on Connect
You will be prompted to sign in with your email and an App Password, which will need to be created in your iCloud account.
Creating an iCloud App Password
An App Password is a unique password used to connect your iCloud account to a specific app. In this case, Command Center. It is not the same as your password used to sign in. To generate an app password, first sign in to appleid.apple.com
Then, click on App-Specific Passwords
In the window that appears, click on Generate an app-specific password
Give your app password a name (this name will only appear to you in your iCloud account) and click on Create
A unique password will be created. Copy the password, so you can paste it into the App Password field in Command Center
Once you sign in with your iCloud email and App Password, your iCloud channel is connected, congratulations! You are now ready to send and receive messages from your iCloud email through your Command Center inbox!

Can I connect more than one iCloud account to Command Center?
Yes. However, keep in mind that each iCloud account will count as a separate channel.
If I connect my iCloud account, can my staff see all of my conversations?
Your staff can only see your iCloud conversations if you give them access to that channel. However, if you do give them access, they will be able to see all conversations. There is not a way to hide certain conversations.
When I connect iCloud to Command Center, do all of my Contacts sync as well?
When you connect your iCloud inbox, you will have a Conversation in Command Center for all contacts in the import window, which is 45 days. Command Center will then create a contact from each of those records.
Who can connect or disconnect iCloud as a channel?
Any staff member is able to connect or disconnect channels
Will emails I send in Command Center show up in my Sent folder in iCloud?
Yes! It will work the same as sending it directly from iCloud
Does adding iCloud as a channel also sync my Calendar to Business Center?
