Want to save information on a lead you just spoke with? Need to follow up with a customer again? Calls makes it easy to add the customer you just spoke with as a contact, or add the number to an existing contact! This guide will show you how to add a number from your call list to a Contact Card in Calls
First, navigate to your recent calls, and select the caller you wish to add. You can either update an existing contact or create a new contact

Update Existing Contact
If this is a new number for an existing contact, click on Add To Existing Contact
Your contact list will appear on the right hand pane. Locate the contact you wish to update and click on the + icon
A window will appear confirming that you want to update the information for this contact. To proceed, click on Overwrite
The previous number will be deleted and the contact will be updated with the new number
Create New Contact
To add this number as an entirely new contact, click on Create New Contact
The contact card will be created in the right hand pane. Click on each field to edit.
Use the First & Last Name Fields to enter the contact's name
Use the Mobile field to enter the contact's phone number. This is the number that will be used for both calls and text messages.
Use the Email field to enter the contact's email address
Finally, click on the Profile Picture Icon to assign a photo to this contact
When you're finished, click on Save Changes
If you want to make changes to this contact in the future, you can return to the contact and click on the Edit icon in the top right
