Important messages never get lost in Command Center! Use labels to keep your inbox organized and find exactly what you are looking for. This article will show how to add labels to messages so you can organize them into groups and search them more easily.

To add a label to a message, hover over it and click on the Label icon
In the menu that appears, you will have the option to add an existing label to this conversation or create a new label. To add an existing label, check the box for it, or click Create New to create a new label. Note that you can add as many labels as you would like to a message.
To create a new label, enter a name for it. Once you've named your label, click on Insert. The label will be created. Hover over the message again and click on Labels to add it.
The label will appear just below the message. To remove the label, click on the X next to it.
View Your Labels
You can view labels that have been created in your Settings.
First, navigate to Settings
Then, click on Inbox
To create a label, click on Create Label +
Enter a Name for your label, and then click on Insert
The label will appear under your labels. You can edit or delete the label from this screen.

Deleting this label will remove it from all messages it is applied to
To create a new label, type a name for the label. Going forward it will appear as an option to add to other conversations. Click on Insert to add the label to this conversation.
Once you've added your label(s) they will appear below the message in the thread. To remove a label, click on the X next to it.
To see all of your labels, click on Labels above your conversation.
Click on a label to only show messages that have that label.

Are labels available on all channels?
No, labels are only available on email channels
Does my customer see the labels I have put on a message?
No, they are only internal for you.
Does my staff see the labels I have put on a message? Can they edit them?
Yes, any staff member with access to the channel will see the labels and be able to make changes to them.
Can I add labels to messages from my contacts?
Labels can only be added to messages you have sent
Can I filter my inbox by labels?
Labels can only filter messages within a conversation. To do so, click on the Labels icon at the top of the conversation, and select the label(s) you want to filter by
