Make sure your critical personal and business information for Command Center is correct and up to date! This guide will show you how to edit your profile, as well as your payment and billing information.
Changes made to your settings here will also change settings in other Thryv Centers that have the same fields
You can navigate to Settings from any screen in Command Center. All you need to do is click on the gear icon in the lower left corner

Personal Information
Click on Personal Information to see the profile for the primary admin of Command Center. Click on the edit icon to change information
All fields shown will become editable, and to change your profile picture, click on the profile picture icon.
In the window that appears, click and drag your photo into the frame, or click on browse to bring up your device's file explorer to select a photo.
Your new profile picture will be associated with your staff account and display with your staff account on all screens in Command Center
Business Information
Click on Business Information to edit essential information about your business. Click on the edit icon to make changes.
All fields will become editable. Enter your business information, and make sure you click save in the lower left corner.
Your changes will appear at the top of your screen on every screen in Command Center

Payment Methods
From this screen you will be able to add or change a payment method to upgrade Command Center, or purchase additional solutions in our Marketplace
If you don't currently have a payment method connected, your only option will be to add a new payment method. Click on the + icon to add one.
There are two ways to add a payment method. You are able to connect a credit card, or connect your bank account directly via Plaid.
Connect A Credit Card
To connect a credit card, select credit card at the top of the window that appears. Then, fill out all necessary fields. Once you have done so, click on Add
Connect Your Bank Account
Don't know your account and routing number? No problem! Thryv uses a service called Plaid to retrieve To connect your bank account directly, using only your online banking credentials. Click on Transfer With Plaid at the top of the window that appears. A confirmation screen will appear, click on Continue.
Select your bank from the list, or use the search bar to search for it.
Once you've selected your bank, sign in with your online banking credentials. Enter your username and password, then click Continue
Note: This information is only used for a one-time login and is not stored by Thryv.
Plaid will log into your online banking to retrieve your bank information. A success screen will appear, click on Continue. Then, you'll need to review the permissions Plaid must access to connect your bank account. To allow permission, click on Allow
Once you've added one or more payment methods, they will now appear on this screen. Click on Edit to change the information for this payment method, or Delete to remove it. Note that if the Default payment method is deleted, the next available payment method will become the new default.
Payment History
This screen will show the history of your payments with Thryv. You are able to click on a column to sort by that information. On the right hand side, under Actions, you will be able to preview or download your invoices with Thryv.
Note: This screen contains the history of your payments for all Thryv Centers, not just Command Center.
