To get started, first enter your name, email address and phone number. Then, check the box to agree to Thryv Command Center’s terms and conditions. Once complete, click on Continue
Note: Thryv Command Center is currently only available in select countries. If it is not available in your country, you can choose to be notified when it becomes available for you.
Next, you’ll need to create a password. Note that this password must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Minimum 1 upper-case letter
- Minimum 1 lower-case letter
- Minimum 1 number
- Minimum 1 special character
Next, you will need to confirm your phone number and your email address. This step is critical to make sure your business information is protected. Enter the 5 digit code sent to the phone number that was entered in the first step.
Then, check your email for a confirmation there as well. Once you confirm your email, log in with you email address and password.
Next, you will be prompted to connect your first Channel to your centralized inbox. The process varies slightly for each channel, but generally speaking, you are able to click on Connect and then follow the ensuing prompts. Click Here for a list of guides for each channel
From here, you will be brought to your centralized inbox with your first channel connected, and you are able to start using Thryv Command Center!
