Send an image link via text to a client

To send an image to a client via a text, the image must first be uploaded to the Thryv in the Documents section. You can then copy and paste the link into the text for the customer to click and open in a browser on their mobile device.

 

 

1. Start from Dashboard

 

 

2. Click on Documents

 

 

 

 

 

3. Click on UPLOAD TO MY DOCUMENTS

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Select a file from upload menu

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Click on Upload

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Select the Grab Link option next to the image name to copy the link

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Click on Clients

 

 

 

 

 

 

8. Select the client to send the text

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Click the Expand option to enlarge the text box

 

 

 

 

 

 

10. Enter your message in the text box

 

 

 

 

 

 

11. Click the Link option to insert the image link

 

 

 

 

 

 

12. Paste the link you copied from the Documents tab and type the text to display. Then click save to insert the link into the text message

 

 

 

 

 

 

13. Click on Email to choose the SMS option

 

 

 

 

 

 

14. Click on SMS then click send to send the text
