Send an Email or Text (SMS) message from the Inbox

1. Go to go.thryv.com

2. Click on Inbox

3. Click on New

4. Click on Message

5. Select an existing client or add a New Client

6. Click on CONTINUE

7. Enter your message in the text box

Select the Email or Text Message Option. SMS Messages are limited to 550 characters.

Note: When selecting the Text Message option, if you have not registered your landline to send SMS messages to customers, at this point you will be prompted to do so.

8. Click on SEND
